Having worked as language teacher in a secondary school setting for over 5 years, I strongly value the importance of structure, objectives and outcomes of a lesson so that both the teacher and the student know what they are working towards.

Similarly, I highly believe that language learning is fun as it is not a subject you just study, but a culture and lifestyle for you to explore. I have also taught in a Primary school where making lessons engaging is key through songs and games, at University where time-pressures are met, and as a personal tutor where catering the lesson to meet the need of the student is paramount.

As a tutor I am flexible, lively and eager to tailor my lessons to suit every individual. My lessons include conversational talk, listening, reading, grammar and writing in the target language.
